Broken left arm.

Probably you don't know but I'm left hand... and Why is this so significant? Well, on July 24th I broke my left arm after a wipeout skateboarding. On July 25th I had surgery and they put it back as you can see here (Special Thanks to Dr.Tamim Umran and his team at Saint Paul's Hospital):

Broken Left Arm 2010

So it has been almost 30 days since the accident and I'm about to start doing physiotherapy but the doctor said we are not quite there yet... first bone, muscles and tissue have to regenerate properly and only then we move on... Most of the time my arm is immobilized... but I can totally feel my hand and move all my fingers... I can't lift my arm, nor do any of the basic moves, there's little pain but I can hold a pen...

So what I did this weekend? I positioned my arm over the table and doing very short movements, basically just using my hand with no arm movements involved I tried to draw again... For my surprise I felt very good and carried on... as the result I was able to finish one more page for my comic book project! Usually I don't like posting an entire page... you know... to keep the surprise, but this time is different... sounds like a big victory! and a relief...

I've thought I would never be able to draw again...
.............................

Thanks for stopping by.
